Rise and shine yogis! Let’s start the day with a solid morning routine that helps to get you focused, centred and energized so that you can achieve what you’ve set out to this day.
Many of you know that morning routines are super powerful. The most successful people have some form of morning routine to kickstart the day. While I do not wake up at 4am like some of these people, I believe in having a set routine in the morning that is focused on getting both the mind and body centred and ready for the day.
Most days start with yoga or physical activity like running because I find that until my body is awake, my mind tends to stay fuzzy and clouded. This video is a hybrid of the routines I do on days when I do not need a full body workout, but simply want to stretch and energize my body through movement, intention setting and mindfulness.
Do use this video to inspire your morning routine, to build upon your current practice, or to create your very own morning yoga routine.
