2020 Update: We’ve updated this article as the gluten-free school is no more. Keep reading to find out what happened to it and where you can go for gluten-free tips instead.

Who is Jennifer Fugo?

Jennifer is a clinical nutritionist as well as a trained wellness coach and yoga instructor (which is why we love her even more).

Being bought up in an Italian family where pasta, pizza, and bread are a daily routine, isn’t easy when you have undiagnosed gluten sensitivity as Jennifer found out.

Her journey doesn’t stop there and I’d encourage you to read her about page to find out about all her struggles.

However, Jennifer now helps other people who have allergies and intolerances so that they can find helpful information for a great diet and lifestyle. She has gone on to publish her book “The Savvy Gluten-Free Shopper: How to Eat Healthy without Breaking the Bank“ and she’s the founder of the Eczema & Psoriasis Awareness Weeks.

What Happened to the Gluten-Free School?

You’ll notice that the gluten-free school website doesn’t exist anymore, however, all that excellent content is still available.

Jennifer has integrated gluten-free school into her new personal website. She has gone all out on broadening her content, she now has information about nutrition, gut, energy, and more!

Plus, there are still lots of gluten-free recipes from the good old days hidden away too.

What About the Podcast?

Remember the monthly podcasts Jennifer used to host? Well, unfortunately, she stopped making these back in 2018, however, they’re all still available to go back and listen to them on Apple Podcasts and other podcasting apps.
