I am Candy, founder of The YogaMad, business strategist and yogini. I believe that happiness is a choice and am passionate about helping others achieve their dream lives built on a strong foundation of mind-body-soul balance.
Running used to be my exercise of choice, until I suffered from multiple running injuries and found yoga sometime around 2015. Since then, I’ve fallen in love with yoga and believe it to be the most holistic way to manage physical and mental wellbeing.
Also, having a career as a strategist and entrepreneur means that I have to be at the laptop for long periods of time and am exposed to highly stressful situations regularly. Yoga has been the most effective solution for addressing the body pains that comes with a sedentary work life as well as a tool to help me manage stress well. It has since become an essential part of my approach towards work-life integration.
